Yes, that sucks (as it's 10GB+) - but it seems there were some corrupt files in the pre-load. Try D/L all parts again from the page I linked. I tried the thing you said but it said I needed pack3.bin or whatever. I may just uninstall the one I have now and install the new one tomorrow. I am buying the EE from GameStop tomorrow as well.
